We rented from Hector's whips through Turo the first time and had a great experience. So much so we decided to rent directly through Hector's Whips the second time and it was also a great experience. We recommend renting from Hector!! Great cars and great service!!

I’ve used Hector’s Whips every time I’ve gone to Washington and can say this was the best rental car business I’ve dealt with across the country. The vehicles were on time and clean. The car I was expecting to get, is exactly what was delivered. And the vehicles are actually maintained and cared for. They even changed the tires from standard road tires to something better for the winter elements. Reliable, promising, and a great local business.
